Isaac Toast @ Hongdae, Seoul

This is not a post with photos that would attract people to go to Isaac Toast (sorryyyyy :P) because I was in a hurry while taking these photos and obviously my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 camera isn't as good as before. 

Isaac Toast is actually pretty famous among tourists so it's no surprise that you will see many tourists flocking to Isaac Toast (at least that's what I saw in Hongdae). I wanted to have breakfast at Isaac Toast the day before but unfortunately I got lost because I didn't know that I was using an outdated map fml. Although my bro and I eventually discovered a nice noodles restaurant in Hongdae because of that, I was determined to try Isaac Toast due to all the positive reviews that I've read online to the extent that I decided to look for it again on my own the following day. 

The concept is similar to Snowflake in Malaysia whereby you order and pay up at the counter and a device will be given to you. When the device buzzes, you collect your order at the counter and return the device. Thank God no Korean words are needed at all hahaha.    

Bulgogi mvp (2,800 won)

I ordered the Bulgogi mvp and I loved it! The sauce was awesome and the toast had a lot of ingredients such as bulgogi (obviously), salad, egg and cheese. Even though the taste was great and all, be warned that a toast would not be sufficient (even for small eaters like me, imagine the big eaters) and of course, you could get something more filling such as noodles around this price.   

But still, it's worth a try because it's delicious heh!

Directions: Hongik University Station (Line 2 Exit 9)

• Walk straight (you will see KFC, Olleh and McDonald's on your left)
• Turn left after McDonald's and cross the road. You will pass by SPAO, Forever 21, Bershka, Tony Moly, Pizza Hut, ABC Mart, MLB on your right.
• Continue straight on until the end of the street (don't cross the road) and turn right. You should be able to see a staircase that leads to Isaac Toast. Isaac Toast is opposite of Hongik University.
