National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts @ Taichung

Kindly note that this blog post involves someone who is directionally-challenged (= me) and hence I would not be able to state clearly where exactly I went since I was basically wandering around wtf hahaha.

The plan was to get to the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts even though I'm not an artistic person, which had a fantastic rating of 4.5 on Google.

The journey from the Painted Animation Lane to the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts took about 10 minutes, but it was a pleasant walk since I passed by some beautiful parks and places (please do not make me describe more you know I can't wtf hahaha).

The kids were having so much fun playing with the stones under the trees. Not gonna lie, I was a bit tempted to join them but I realised it's kind of a family thing and I was there alone as a young adult (please tell me that I'm still considered as a young adult, I refuse to believe otherwise) so... I gave up and headed to the main entrance instead wtf hahaha.

The place was very comfortable and huge! There were a lot of interesting things to see even for someone like me who doesn't know much about arts. There were also some areas specially designed for the little ones.

Admission was free! Do note that the museum is closed on Mondays.

There are other attractions nearby that you could go to, such as Art Museum Parkway, Calligraphy Greenway, CMP Block Museum of Arts and etc, so you could easily spend half day in this area!

I ended up walking to Park Lane by CMP which is 1.5km away from the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts wtf. Since I wasn't interested in shopping that time, Park Lane by CMP didn't appear to be special to me. I was attracted to the outdoor exhibition selling minions instead hahaha. Bello!

Just in case if you're wondering, no I didn't buy any minion merchandises, I was merely there for pictures hahaha.
